Now that your order has processed and shipped, you can check the status of your order right here. You should have received either a register receipt or a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Why isn’t my shipment moving?

If you dropped your package off after pickup [ 4pm ], then it will not leave our building until the next scheduled pickup. No worries, this does not affect the delivery date you were promised as the system took the next day’s pickup into account when projecting your delivery date.

Note: The US Postal Service will not investigate lost packages until 30 days have passed from the date of mailing. At that time you must file a claim directly at your nearest US Post Office.
